The Perfect Garlic Wedges

I feel like I haven't posted about food in ages!! I'm obsessed with potatoes whether they are mashed, fried, boiled, baked or raw (okay, I'm joking about the raw bit)....I hate when I go to restaurants and they don't have potato wedges. There was this one restaurant I visited, it was a while back, so I don't remember the name or location, but they had the BEST wedges ever...garlic can do wonders, guys.

I attempted to recreate the wedges at home and I can not believe how simple it is! 

You Will Need:

  • 2 Crushed garlic cubes 
  • Black pepper 
  • Potato Spice/Salt 
  • Olive Oil 
  • Paprika 
  • Potatoes, cut into wedges

Just mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, dizzle some olive oil and spread onto a sheet of foil on a baking pan. Bake at 180 degrees celcius until they're golden brown! 

So that's basically it. They're really quick to make for when you're feeling lazy and taste so good, especially dipped in ketchup, like I have done.
