Skullcandy Ink'd 2.0

Everybody loves music, and with a good pair of earphones, you can take your music to a whole new level.

I was just roaming around the mall the other day, and as I was about to leave, I remembered that I was in desperate need of a new pair of earphones as my iPhone ones had broken. Without earphones I feel naked. Incomplete. Dead.

You know I'm a Beats By Dre girl. I think that the sound quality of their products are really good, but I have one problem. Price. I realised that when buying Beats products, you're essentially buying the brand name. Instead of splashing out on some £75 earphones, I asked the lady as Curry's which earphones she'd recommend. She went straight to the Skullcandy Ink'd 2.0.

For £12.99, I was a bit hesitant as I wanted some great quality earphones that would last me. I went for them anyways, and I must say, I am impressed.

Skullcandy's used to be big in my old school. If you had a pair, you were part of the cool crowd. Obvs, I didn't have a pair because I'm not cool, yo.

I got the red and black ones. They remind me a bit of the Beats ones. I wanted white and black but they did not have them. :(

The bass on these are good and the sound is crisp and clear.

The earphones come with 2 sets of earbuds, one smaller set and a larger set. Because my ears are approximately the size of a 4 year old boy's, I changed to the smaller ones. They fit perfectly and cancel out a majority of the noise around me (which is great for super loud tube rides around London).

There is also a microphone (forgot to take a picture, sorry!) which works perfectly.

These are a HUGE step up from iPhone earphones (somebody tell me what I was doing with my life) and I haven't let them out of my sight ever since I got them.

One thing I did notice, though is the faint white noise when they are plugged into certain devices such as laptops. I don't know if it's just my laptop or not. It's not a huge problem, as I use them mainly for my phone.

They haven't tangled yet, which I'm happy about. I'll be travelling soon, so we'll see how they handle the long plane ride.

I'd definitely recommend these earphones if you're looking for an affordable pair for your phone!
