Food: Gluten and Lactose-Free Granola & Yogurt Parfait

Hello! Hope you're all well!

So... as you may or may not know, I have slight gluten and lactose intolerances. For people who have the same problem, I have discovered alternatives to classic breakfasts that taste just as good!
Today, I made breakfast using granola and yogurt...Gluten and Lactose-free, can you believe?







I used:
- Rowse Organic Honey
-Udi's Gluten Free Cranberry and Walnut Granola 
-Alpro Simply Plain yogurt

The yogurt comes in different flavours, so you don't have to use the plain one.

So it's pretty straight-forward, I layered the granola, yogurt and honey, then topped it with granola and honey.


The yogurt is a bit thinner than normal yogurt, but not by much. I don't mind, as I find that really thick yogurt puts me off sometimes. 


And this is the end result... 


As for taste, I'd say if you're not a fan of sweet things, do not add honey because the granola already has honey. The granola is absolutely delicious, and better than any that I've tried before. 
Alpro is honestly the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love granola and yogurt, and the plain yogurt did not disappoint.

I definitely recommend the granola and the yogurt. I also feel "healthier" after eating this although I could do better. And I always go have some fries or something for lunch because I'm that weak. :P
