Food: Breakfast

Hello everyone!

Since I'm back at school, it's been a bit busy, which explains the lack of posts.

Today, I decided to post my breakfast, because, you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day blah blah blah.

When I find time in my busy schedule (aka In between my naps), I like to make some breakfast.
If you're like me, and you're suuuper lazy, breakfast usually consists of either left over pizza, biscuits, fruit, a smoothie, or when you really feel like it (like me, today), something that looks somewhat healthy.

Don't get me wrong, I do eat healthy as much as I can, but I don't specialise in healthy breakfasts because I'm simply not about that life. :P

I have however, attempted to make a cute-looking, healthy-ish breakfast of
- Avocado on gluten-free toast (as I have a slight gluten intolerance)
- Scrambled eggs with a bit of almond milk (I also am lactose intolerant, fml, right?)
- Mango juice: because I like it.

I sliced one half of an avocado and placed it on my toast.
I then beat one egg, some almond milk and a dash of salt and black pepper in a bowl, then put it into the pan, once it was hot enough. Scramble, scramble, scramble, and voila! Scrambled eggs - and a messy pan :/

I topped the avocado with some black pepper and added a little salt and black pepper to my eggs.
Believe me or not, but I had trouble finishing this because I got so full! I guess avo really is filling.
You guys should try this breakfast- or eat pizza, I don't really care. :P

Until next time,
Peace and Love
